Our movers did an excellent job. They were very careful not to ding the walls or scratch floors. They were very helpful and pleasant.

Marce and Valentine were both hard working and strong to to handle the nine FULL file cabinets. They were very respectful and would stop to listen to my suggestions and wishes. Then I only had to stay out of their way. I would ask for them again.

I hired Two Men and a Truck for my 17 February move for my son. I informed the one mover NOT to take the glass shelves out of the stand because they were "BUILT" in!!!! He took the glass shelves out and now they don't go back in so I am stuck with a frame and the glass shelves on the side!

Assuming the mover did not speak english was the problem of a language barrier between us!

I wasn't properly told how payment was handled. I had no problem giving money or putting the deposit down, it was the fact tht the lady on the phone misunderstood what I was asking for and by that, she didn't give me the right answers so by the end of the move what I thought I was going to be charged was entirely different from what I was told. I was more upset by the fact that because of how she worded the price and the move, I could of had way more done for the amount that I paid for.

The two men who came to my house were VERY professional and kind!!!!!! They even had to deal with a two year old running around (that they were very patient with) and taking stuff 2 places, they got it all right and they called me by my name (impressive that they remembered as I dont know theirs :( the whole time (LOVED THAT)I could go on and on about how GREAT they were and how they should REALLLLY get a raise!!!! I hope that this goes to their boss because they are EXCELLENT employees and when I move into my new house I will be calling and requesting them.......and I will tell all my friends. My address was 7467 Rogers Rd in Omaha Ne.........I hope you can look them up by address and get this to their sueprvisor........GREATEST TWO GUYS!!!!!!

Michael and Robert were our movers on an extremely cold day. They worked non-stop, were friendly and positive and took great care of our furniture. They worked a miracle in getting all of our "stuff" into our storage unit. We were very impressed with these fine young men.

I have used your company for 3-4 previous moves and been very happy with the service. The movers this time were very friendly and did a great job, consistent with my experiences with your company in the past. Unfortunately when I viewed the bill this morning, I saw that I had been overbilled by a significant amount for the move. This job required moving a single couch from one floor of my building to another. There was no assembly/disassembly required, it was a matter of putting it on an elevator, carrying it down a hall, getting it through my door and placing it on my floor. The movers were here for approximately half an hour. It likely took them about 15 minutes to get here and return to the office. Mapquest estimates the time at 12 minutes each way. Yet I was charged for two hours of service.

I called and spoke to someone in your office whose name I think is Oscar. He was very helpful, apologized and told me he would credit me back payment for the additional hour for which I should not have been billed. But I was very disappointed to be overbilled in the first place and to have to make the call to fix that. Overbilling customers is extremely dishonest and I was disappointed to find your company engaging in that practice.

Juan and Mark are amazing! Hard working and very personable. I would recommend using Two Men and a Truck and ask for them!!! Moving can be so stressful but they made it a so stress free...I cant thank them enough!!

We were told that Two Men and a Truck would be arriving between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. No show - I called the office at 2 and was told they were running behind and it would be 3:00. They arrived shortly after 3 - we had most of the items moved (because we were on a schedule). I paid $200 + dollars for moving 1 couch, 1 loveseat, 1 hutch and a mattress & box springs from a 2nd floor apartment to the 1st floor.

I rated overall satisfaction as good - maybe that was too high. George

Very pleased w/ experience. Price was higher than expected.

I appreciated that the two men I worked with seemed to value my time & the expense I was incurring. They were focused & worked hard. I would specifically request them again.

Will I use Two Men & A Truck Again? Yes.

Why did I use them this time?
The services offered. I had them pick up some large & heavy items I purchased on Craig's List from three locations. At my home, I had them move my existing furniture to accommodate the new items. It was great to be able to call a company for this service (as apposed to using my teenager & his friends) & knowing this was not an unusual request or a bothersome small job done by a "bigger" crosscrounty mover. It was a big deal to me!

Wow! I could not have been more pleased with the crew. Juan was a great leader with a positive attitude. Mark and Oscar and Mike hustled right along with Juan. They all had smiles on their faces even at the end of the long day. They were so strong, so careful, so polite, and so fast. I will continue to recommend Two Men generally and specifically this crew. Juan A & Roberto T were our movers and they did an excellent job. They were very polite and did everything I asked them to do for me. We were really pleased with their work.
Kizzie did a great job of setting everything up for me and answered all my questions so I was sure how everything was going to work.
Alfonso was very polite in changing my time to move and made me feel that it wasn't a problem at all.

Was unhappy with prior move due to movers, but this crew was much better. They did a great job! They worked very hard, were fast, & very friendly. I have some slight damage to one piece of furniture which I need to call Two Men & a Truck about for repair, but I guess those things happen.

Your company moved us twice. Once in November, 2011 and once in December, 2011. Your movers were very congenial,but very inexperienced. The second time we moved,I requested the first two movers, but you sent a different two movers. I had several nicks in my wood frames. The when your mover called your office to charge the balance on my credit card,it was denied. So after your mover left I called the VISA office and asked why it was turned down? I was told that your office did not relay the credit card number correctly and that was why it was denied. What embarrassment for us.

The truck was not large enough to move my home. Therefore, 2 trips had to be made. Therefore, I will not use 2 men & a truck if I move again. Otherwise, the experience was great.

James(JC) and Ellis Tate were our movers, and they did an excellent job. They worked efficiently and professionally, and assisted with setting up rooms at the new house. They were very friendly and enjoyable to work with.

The men need to be more careful with furniture. A lot of my things were dirty from being rubbed on the truck floor. Mattresses as well. I used 2 men and a truck one time before and the guys were great. The ones I had this time -not so good.

We were in a tight spot. We were lined up to move but help fell through. I called on Saturday at 5pm and asked if they moved people on sunday. They said they general don't but if they could find some people willing to do it on there day off they would set it up. Was told it was time and a half for pay. It worked out perfectly. I can't say enough good things about the guys that moved the furniture. They were polite, worked hard, helpful, and all around nice. Thanks so much for the good experience. I would definitely recommend Two men and A Truck again and especially those two guys. Thanks!

They were available, so I had to pay $28 more per hour. Would be best service in town if rates were a little more competitive.

The three person team was very professional. They showed up on time, got to work and never slowed down. Ever thing was done to our satisfaction. The team leader Jaun S. took all of the exrtra steps to protect the house and the items being moved. We have a second move coming up in Mar and plan to ask for the same team. Kudos to Jaun S. and his crew for a job well done!

Since I was paying by the hour and not by the move, I didn't appreciate the fact that I paid for 30 mins of moving services BEFORE the movers touched one piece of furniture. I understood I was going to pay starting from when the movers left their office (Google maps indicates it's an 8.6 mi route taking 13 mins). They were to have called me when they left, but did not. I discovered the men only when I came down to load things in my car and found them messing with the key pad at the front of the apt~no idea how much time "on-the-clock" was wasted here and could have been avoided if I was called when they left the office. When we were driving from one location to another and they were following me, I turned, but they did not, so they were delayed several more mins increasing my bill. I would have also appreciated a little more hustle and a little less time chatting with each other or on their cell phones. I had only certain items that I needed help moving, which is why I opted for an hourly-rate mover. I feel like I paid more than was necessary due to their actions. Had I paid a flat rate for the services, then their delays would not have increased my bill so they would not have been an issue. Everybody wants to feel they got their money's worth when they pay for something and when customers are paying by the hour, they don't want delays or slow moving workers.

In Nebraska, all moving companies are regulated by the Public Service Commission. All must charge an hourly rate starting and ending from their origin of business (for local moves.) Flat-rate pricing is not available. We would be happy to check the GPS to verify the time on your move. Thank you for your feedback!

I had Juan and Mark for my move and they could not have done a better job. They have great personalities and move at the speed of light!!!! This is the best team I have ever had from your company. There was confusion when I called the office a second time to confirm the move and spoke to Oscar. He sent my client the bill, didn't mark down what date or time the move was to take place. I had the feeling Oscar didn't understand the move, afterall, it was to move furniture from Military Avenue to Margo Street, he just couldn't understand that. I called a third time and after speaking with Connie, she was able to get it right. That being said, my overall experience was excellant. I will use your services again in the future, but if Oscar answers I will ask for another person to speak to.
